  • Establish assembly routings and determine optimal sequences of operations.
  • Develop specific work instructions and lead "kaizen" workshops to optimize plants and introduce new models.
  • Create links between tools and computer systems to guide operators' work.
  • Establish operator assistance and influence upstream engineering to standardize procedures.
  • Evaluate workstation variants to minimize them and participate in PFMEA.
  • Determine standard production times via AVIX software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in industrial engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • High proficiency with diagnostic tools such as VSM, material flow analysis, capacity analysis, etc.
  • Knowledge of CATIA, 3DVIA, and SAP software.
  • Proficiency in industrial engineering techniques and value-added concepts.
  • Ability to conduct time and motion studies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Strong analysis and synthesis skills and independence.
  • Fluent level in French is essential.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Availability for day shift or occasional evening shift teams.
