Job Title: Training Advisor for Partner Relations
The Commission de la construction du Québec is looking for a dedicated Training Advisor for Partner Relations to enhance our team. This position focuses on cultivating and sustaining cooperative relationships with external partners while overseeing our representation at sector-specific events. The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, industrial relations, or administration, coupled with a minimum of two years of pertinent experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, coordinate, and represent the organization at partner meetings.
- Evaluate data presented during industry events.
- Assist and coordinate partner inquiries.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders.
- Conduct assessments to identify workforce development needs.
- Oversee requests for promotional grants.
- Advise training promotion representatives.
- Engage in promotional initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry gatherings.
- Create and update directories of training activities.
- Contribute to the enhancement of project quality.
- Deliver activity reports through various communication methods.
- Execute other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and two years of experience in a comparable position are required.
Security clearance is necessary for this role.
Foreign credentials must be assessed by the Ministry of Immigration prior to application.
