Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute SaaS and Digital Commerce Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive growth in SaaS and digital commerce, leveraging Lenovo's global reach and expertise.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth in SaaS and digital commerce.
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and Manage Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including ISV partners and brand owners.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in SaaS, software marketplace, and B2C with a strong track record of success in driving business outcomes.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in sales leadership, business development, or partner management within B2C SaaS and e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ Years of Experience: Additional experience in sales leadership, business development, or partner management within B2C SaaS and e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Advanced Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or relevant field of study, with an MBA from a top-tier business school.
  • Global Experience: Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to work across multiple time zones and languages.
