This role is situated within the Financial Analytics & Planning division at CPP Investments, a prominent global investment entity. The Manager of Cost Analysis & Reporting will take charge of synchronizing operational strategies with fiscal objectives, executing thorough cost evaluations, and delivering insightful analyses to facilitate informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will champion financial prudence and ongoing enhancement through sophisticated analytical methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic cost forecasting supported by driver-based models
- Creation of data models for performance evaluation
- Collaboration with Finance to formulate cost assessments
- Development of cost benchmarking frameworks
- Enhancements to processes and automation initiatives
- Oversight and mentorship of direct reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CFA/MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Expertise in ERPs, BI tools, and data management systems
