Job Title: Manager of Cost Analysis & Reporting

At CPP Investments, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Cost Analysis & Reporting to join our Financial Analytics & Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning our operational strategy with financial goals and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cost analysis and reporting processes to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data models, presentations, and dashboards for Fund performance reporting and analysis.
  • Lead the development of cost benchmarking models to facilitate cost performance assessments and budget planning.
  • Supervise and direct direct reports to achieve high levels of excellence in cost analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
  • University degree in accounting or finance, with CPA/CFA/MBA an asset.
  • 8+ years of experience in conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning using a driver-based methodology for large organizations.
  • Proven skill in working with big data sets, combining different sources of information, and turning them into useful insights for stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence and effectively interact with senior leadership and communicate with all levels of management.
