We are seeking a seasoned Development Manager to lead our Security Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of secure software solutions and mentoring a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers in the development of secure software solutions
- Mentor and coach engineers to improve their technical skills and career growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security initiatives
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve Clio's security posture
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers on code reviews, architecture documents, and other technical projects
- Proven experience in people leadership in software development, particularly with large-scale SaaS products
- Strong background in hands-on cloud computing and cloud security
- Diverse base of knowledge to help the team solve complex technical problems
- Ability to describe successful projects and lessons learned from failed projects
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
