Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to join our team at Forward Security Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of new IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources accordingly
  • Recruit and supervise staff, including computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, providing ongoing support and consulting services
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading IT projects and teams
  • Strong technical skills, including Agile, DevOps, and software testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
