Senior Manager, Tax Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our Domestic Tax team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tax services to our clients, including evaluating client business processes and policies, advising on tax policy and changes to meet market needs, and developing proactive tax strategies to make business opportunities effective.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Tax Services: Evaluate client business processes and policies, advise on tax policy and changes to meet market needs, and develop proactive tax strategies to make business opportunities effective.
- Apply Tax Knowledge: Apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address tax issues relevant to the client's business.
- Provide Leadership: Provide both technical and project management leadership to team members for Domestic Tax projects or assignments, and ensure quality control standards are in place.
- Identify Opportunities: Identify, as well as develop and implement strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Build positive working relationships with clients and provide effective support for engagements.
- Develop Staff: Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team.
- Education: You have completed your CPA designation as well as the In-Depth Tax Program and/or Master's in Tax.
- Experience: You have 7 years' experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
- Skills: You have extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal and trust tax planning and compliance.
- Values: You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
- Skills: You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
