Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Flatbed Truck Operator to join our logistics team. This role involves the transportation of goods and materials using flatbed trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of products.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
  • Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
  • Operate and drive both straight and articulated trucks for transporting goods.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage equipment.
  • Perform necessary brake adjustments and oversee all vehicle aspects during trips.
  • Carry out pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Possession of a Class 1/1F/A Licence for semi-trailer trucks is mandatory.
Transportation and Travel
  • A valid driver's license is required for this position.
Work Environment
  • This position involves physical demands and requires attention to detail.
  • We are looking for individuals who are organized, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Workplace Conditions
