Job Title: Account Manager

Manitoulin Transport Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and growing revenues through effective sales and customer service strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage existing accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
  2. Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  3. Solicit new business opportunities and increase revenue levels over the previous year.
  4. Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  5. Attend sales meetings, industry functions, trade shows, and training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  6. Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely fashion.
  7. Utilize a laptop and contact management system to manage time, plan calls, and update CRM.
  8. Develop a defined sales plan to balance existing customer needs and prospect/target accounts.
  9. Provide exceptional support to new and existing customers throughout the sales process, implementation, and any service concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
  1. University/College Graduate.
  2. A minimum of 2 years related sales experience.
  3. Valid driver's license and good condition/reliable vehicle.
  4. Computer literacy and proficiency in listening, selling, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, customer demands, and deadlines.
  6. Organized time management and attention to detail.
