Chief Human Resources Officer

Position Overview:

The Chief Human Resources Officer will play a pivotal role within the executive leadership team, directly reporting to the General Manager while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. This position is essential in providing strategic guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development. The Chief Human Resources Officer will independently align HR initiatives with organizational goals and implement a comprehensive Human Resource Business Plan to foster business success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in human resources or a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement employee engagement survey initiatives
  • Enhance talent management and diversity strategies
  • Oversee human capital assessments and succession planning processes
  • Execute HR strategies and initiatives at the organizational level
  • Evaluate and refine staffing processes and outcomes
  • Develop and manage employee compensation frameworks and total rewards packages
  • Facilitate training and professional development programs

The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead HR strategy and execution, acting as a change agent for significant initiatives and participating in leadership meetings to provide HR insights. This role will also involve supervising HR personnel and collaborating with hiring managers on staffing decisions and compensation strategies. This position presents an opportunity to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture at EightSix Network.
