Job Summary

As a leader in the multidisciplinary study of health and healthcare, the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health seeks a Director of Dissemination and Implementation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to disseminate and implement evidence-based practices and policies in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement dissemination and implementation plans to promote evidence-based practices and policies in healthcare settings
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to identify and prioritize dissemination and implementation opportunities
  • Design and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of dissemination and implementation efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and policymakers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in dissemination and implementation science
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, health education, or health policy
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dissemination and implementation science, healthcare policy, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
