About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Jack's Family Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
