Jardeg is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to become a vital part of our project operations team at the CNRL Horizon site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. The compensation for this role is competitive, reflecting the expertise required. This is a temporary role with a structured rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate advanced conduit installation skills.
  • Plan and execute intricate circuitry installations.
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications.
  • Oversee control systems design and implementation.
  • Utilize multi-meters, Meggars, Phase Rotation meters, and AMP-Meters proficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of ARC Flash safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Journeyman certification as an Electrician.
  • Strong adherence to safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and working at heights.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Passing a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test.
  • Completion of Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or CSTS-09.
  • Certification in Confined Space Entry & Monitor.
  • Certification in Fall Arrest and/or Fall Protection.
  • Aerial Work Platform Certification.
  • Basic Rigging Certification.
  • Valid Government-Issued ID.
