About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team at Team Unique Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall and plaster surfaces in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Finishing: Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to create smooth surfaces.
  • Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for installation, ensuring a strong bond between the drywall and plaster.
  • Decorative Finishing: Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat as required.
  • Material Mixing: Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency for optimal results.
  • Panel Installation: Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim.
  • Coat Application: Smooth out excess compound and allow coats to dry.
  • Texture and Acoustic Application: Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings.
  • Exterior Finishing: Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces.
  • Layout and Planning: Prepare wall and ceiling layouts, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
