We are seeking a skilled Drywall Fitter for our interior finishing team at Fine Finish Painting and Renovations Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, cutting and fitting them to walls and ceilings to create smooth surfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place panels in to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
  • Sand excess compound and allow coats to dry
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • This position requires physical demands, including standing for extended periods
  • You will also perform repetitive tasks as part of your daily routine
Requirements and Qualifications
  • No experience is required but prior knowledge of the trade would be beneficial
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory

In return, we offer a competitive salary range estimated between $50,000-$65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
