Brandt Group of Companies is seeking an ambitious Director of Digital Presence to lead our growing team in shaping the long-term direction and digital presence of our company.

About the Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and owning our public web strategy, aligned with our company's strategic priorities. You will lead efforts to enhance web effectiveness by developing a comprehensive content plan, oversee all web touchpoints, and work with your team to craft and direct the digital experience for millions of visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team of web specialists focused on building and operating a complex public web experience.
  • Design a scalable content integration process to support the growing needs of the business and the growing web team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, head administrator, and internal expert on our web strategy and systems.
  • Work with stakeholders from executive, sales, sales support, information technology, customer support, and marketing departments to align company goals with web priorities.
  • Build and manage the day-to-day operations of the web team, including coaching, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of cost and resource scoping for large web projects and during normal business operations.
  • Integrate and reinforce data-driven decision-making and increase tracking of web analytics.
