Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 10712213 Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
