Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 10712213 Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
