Warehouse Operations Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff, and conduct performance reviews.
- Logistics and Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions:
- 35 hours per week.
- English language.
