Position Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. Your expertise will be essential in providing assistance to users and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or a non-university certificate program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.
  • Monitor and report on the performance metrics of computer systems and networks.
  • Assist users encountering challenges with their computer systems.
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to research and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for reference by fellow technical support personnel.
  • Oversee and guide other technical support staff within the team.
  • Deliver business systems, network, and internet support to users based on identified needs.
  • Configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all users.
