Job Title: Senior Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team at Parsons Corporation. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and expertise to a team managing ongoing operations at a northern mine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor work packages on site and report back to site managers and construction managers.
  • Create tracking mechanisms for time and material work on site and track progress.
  • Provide weekly summaries of work packages and help with constructability issues.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction or operations leadership.
  • Prior experience working in northern mining environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in extreme climates and lift up to 20 kg.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license.
