Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Cloud Technology

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our cloud technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise solutions and a proven track record of delivering complex cloud technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud technology projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of enterprise solutions, including IBM Portal, WebSphere, DataPower, OpenShift, Cloud Automation Manager, Ansible, and Oracle Database.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior executives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology project management, with at least 5+ years of experience managing large technology procurements.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex cloud technology projects, including experience with agile/scrum frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, API life cycle, service management, event management, and monitoring services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, including the Zachman framework and business/information/application/technology/security architectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle).
  • Experience with cloud services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of API governance frameworks and experience with API life cycle management.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
