Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Project Manager to join our team at Techtiq Software Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of software projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in software development project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
