Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Rockit Coffee Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring that our café is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
