Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at 2662362 Ontario Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operations: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
- Work site environment: Noisy, odours, wet/damp, hot, and outdoors.
- Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
