Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
