Responsibilities
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Order Merchandise: Manage inventory and place orders for merchandise to ensure a well-stocked store.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve job satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
