About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Project Manager to join our team at GHD. As a key member of our Transportation Group, you will be responsible for managing large-scale transportation infrastructure projects from initial policy development to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams for preliminary and detail design road and bridge projects for municipal clients.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for relevant clients.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Ontario P.Eng designation required (or eligible).
  • 5+ years' experience in design and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects, including project management experience.
  • Experience working with Eastern Ontario municipal transportation clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • French language proficiency an asset.
  • Proven ability to develop, mentor, and lead professional technical staff.
