Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique Japanese cuisine and appeal to our customers' tastes.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards, using only the freshest ingredients.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience as a head chef or in a similar role.

  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
