Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Can-Der Construction Corp. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
