Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at Avi Construction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements:
  • More than 20 years of experience in construction management
  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale construction projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
