What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive joint business plans with System Integrator partners.
  • Inspire partners to enhance their practices and capabilities with Snowflake.
  • Manage the alliance development lifecycle and build strong partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve partner and customer experiences.
  • Support partners through the sales process, ensuring alignment with sales leadership.


What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, or business development within technology.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel sales or channel program management with revenue accountability.
  • Proven track record with Canadian System Integrator partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.


How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments.
  • Strong executive presence and polished communication skills.
  • Ability to manage regional business plans and articulate partner progress.
  • Willingsness to travel, estimated at 25-50%.
