About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team at Dulux / Bétonel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, listening to their needs and providing solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Promote and sell Dulux / Bétonel products, including paint and supplies, to customers, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and organized, and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, stock, and manage inventory, including lifting and moving products as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales and Merchandising Skills: Ability to promote and sell products, and maintain a strong knowledge of Dulux / Bétonel products and services.
  • Store Operations Skills: Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and stock products, and stand for long periods of time.
