Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing information.
  • Merchandise products to the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
