Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at ROYAL CURRY LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food quality and service standards are consistently met.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

This position is set within a dynamic restaurant atmosphere, where you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
  • Oversee the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
