Construction Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial renovations and construction projects from estimating to implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial construction, project management, and construction estimating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources, negotiate with contractors, and ensure projects are built to approved plans and standards.
  • Track billings and projections, and develop and maintain construction schedules.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction work or related fields.
  • Experience in interior renovations, including wall and ceiling construction.
