Job Title: Cashier

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at BC Ltd. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
  • Scan items and tabulate total payment for goods or services required
  • Receive payment for goods or services and provide change as needed
  • Support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees
  • Participate in diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
