About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Process cash register payments, handle financial paperwork, and maintain showroom inventory and workspace cleanliness.
  • Process refunds and returns, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting wage of $18.00/hour.

  • A generous hiring bonus of $500, paid out in two installments.

Requirements:

  • Cash-handling and customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
