Job Summary

Interior Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our Medical Imaging team in the Southern Interior of British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing special procedures such as computer tomography (CT) and interventional radiology, under the direction of a Radiologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Assist Radiologists during procedures and input patient data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) PACS
  • Provide direction and guidance to student technologists and staff trainees
  • Work collaboratively with the Medical Imaging team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
  • Successful completion of a recognized program in computer tomography
  • Two years of recent experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
