About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Tasty Indian Bistro. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems
  • Advise customers on wine and drink selections, and provide recommendations
  • Record and balance beverage sales, and maintain inventory control
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
  • Take orders from serving staff and patrons, and ensure timely delivery of beverages
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Serving It Right Certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
