Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

The Yellow Chili is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Place dishes in storage areas and replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods for customers.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
