About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at JSV Constructions LTD. as a key member of our housekeeping and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for our staff and visitors.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Term: Permanent with a regular 40-hour workweek.
  • Work Language: English is required for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
