About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Patna Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and mentor specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement new recipes, menu items, and cooking techniques to enhance our culinary offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions, such as banquets and weddings.
  • Work closely with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
