Job Summary
ZGF Architects LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality marketing materials, working closely with our creative team to bring our brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
- Collaborate with our creative team to design and produce marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and other written content.
- Write and edit marketing copy to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain our marketing database, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate tracking of marketing efforts.
- Work with our clients, photographers, and architectural colleagues to schedule and coordinate photoshoots.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working in a large, multi-office firm in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or professional services marketing is highly desired.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and database programs (Deltek Vision and Axomic Open Asset) is preferable, but not required.
- Strong, demonstrated organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills; editing and proofreading skills; strong graphic design sensibilities.
- Technologically savvy and resourceful with experience generating content for digital platforms, including web and social media.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with both peers and firm management.
- A collaborative and team-oriented disposition; a sense of humor and grace under pressure; persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic.
- Sound, professional judgment, strong work ethic, positive, and client-focused attitude.
