Join Island Health as a Cardiology Technologist and contribute to our dedicated healthcare teams.
We are currently looking for skilled Cardiology Technologists to support various acute care facilities across Vancouver Island, BC. We have multiple positions available, including full-time, part-time, casual, and temporary roles.
Work schedules will vary based on the openings available. We encourage you to reach out to learn more about potential shifts, locations, and additional details.
Eligible candidates may receive relocation assistance of up to $5,000 and a signing bonus of up to $20,000.
These roles may also qualify for Provincial and/or Federal Loan Forgiveness programs.
QualificationsEducation, Training, and Experience
- Completion of a Diploma in Cardiology Technology.
- Successful passage of the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologist (CSCT) certification examination.
- Eligibility for membership with the Cardiology Technologist Association of British Columbia (CTABC).
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
- Skilled in observing and assessing patients.
- Proficient in operating relevant equipment, including computerized systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at interpersonal interactions.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Physical capability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
