Key Responsibilities
  • Site Inspection and Selection: Inspect and select sites for events, ensuring they meet our company's standards.
  • Donor Solicitation: Solicit event donors to support our events and activities.
  • Logistics Management: Arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage of event materials and equipment.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing budgets for events and activities.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities, including arranging for media services and planning social events and guest programs.
  • Event Management: Manage event logistics, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely execution of events.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
