About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Desjardins. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, processing, analyzing, and using data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Identify, analyze, and document users' data needs, and help operationalize solutions using database management systems to generate and update reports.

  • Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve work methods and develop data management tools to support business projects and initiatives.

  • Data Management and Governance: Provide advice for selecting, implementing, and using data management tools, and ensure data quality and integrity.

  • Business Insights and Recommendations: Identify, prepare, describe, interpret, and validate data needed for analyses, and make suitable recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
