Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Desjardins, you will play a key role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. Your comprehensive knowledge of the line of business and analytical skills will enable you to contribute to business projects and initiatives using data from various databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document users' data needs and help operationalize solutions
  • Generate and update reports using database management systems to provide users with a streamlined picture of results
  • Identify opportunities to improve work methods and develop data management tools
  • Provide advice on selecting, implementing, and using data management tools
  • Prepare, describe, interpret, and validate data needed for analyses and make suitable recommendations to support decision-making

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
