Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Starting Line Childcare Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material: Support the development of marketing materials and ensure their accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive sales.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Oversee the maintenance and management of our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
