About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Envirosafe Janitorial Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who are equipped to provide top-notch service to our clients.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that our cleaning staff are adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that our operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and coordinate the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be working in a team environment and will be required to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the needs of our clients.
